I am a Colombian but London based, 500+ hour certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach.
During 7 years I juggled my Yoga & Tantra studies, whilst working full-time in Financial Services for some of the biggest investment banks like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank... you name it! Yoga truly transformed my life so I decided to become a certified yoga teacher in 2021 (200h Hatha) to share the power of yoga, breathwork & mindfulness with the world! Later on in 2023 I took a 3-month Sabbatical from my busy job and went to Bali to do my Advanced 300h Ashtanga Vinyasa Certification.

I understand the pressures of balancing the demands of a stressful / busy job whilst wanting to have a healthy lifestyle. I can teach you how to integrate Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Fitness, Nutrition (especially for a healthy gut) into your routine in a way that feels light so they can improve your quality of life.
When I did my first Detox I could not believe the transformation it brought to my life (physical & non-physical), and I knew more people needed to know about this!!
