Most of the time IBS occurs due to accumulation of Mucoid Plaque in the gut. This can only be eliminated when we take a break from solid foods aka juice therapy (juice fasting). With Breathwork techniques we teach you how to manage stress which is another component of IBS. 

 

  • 🪱  Parasites: Eliminate harmful invaders for a healthier gut. Mucoid Plaque is the home of parasites, if you remove their living environment you can more easily get rid of them. We also use specific alkaline herbs and products to deworm in a 100% natural and safe way.

Dani Ramirez Luna

Hi I'm Dani, first of all, thanks for being here!

 

I am a Colombian but London based, 500+ hour certified Yoga Instructor and Wellness Entrepreneur.

 

After 7 years of Yoga & Tantra practical and theoretical studies, whilst working full-time in financial services (investment banking consulting), I became a certified yoga teacher (200h YTT) in 2021. Later on in 2023 I took a 3 month work Sabbatical and went to Bali - the island of the Gods - to do my Advanced 300h YTT Certification. I know what it is to have no time for anything. I understand the pressures of balancing the demands of a busy job whilst wanting to have a healthy lifestyle, a spiritual practice and social life.

 

They say you can't have it all, guess what? You can. 

And that's why I'm here! 

I'll provide you with the guidance and structure to start or enhance your yoga practice in an easy, fun and enjoyable way!  So that you fall in love with yoga as much as I did once I saw how transformed by body, my mind, my relationships and my consciousness. I became more resilient - physically, mentally and spiritually - and started manifesting what I truly wanted in my life through different tools and techniques that felt light and aligned!

 

My approach is very much mind, body and soul. You can't have one without the other, it is all one. After all, that unity is what yoga is all about.
